Im planning a trip to mexico for me and my boyfriend but, he owes like $200 on his taxes for 2002 and he received a class c felony of burglary in the 2nd degree in 2002 can they decline his passport for this? Or will everything be OK? :confused:

The tax issue is so small as to not even be considered, especially since it is over five years old.

As for the burglary issue, that's a legal question that should be posted in the LAW forum.
