For me they have to be one of two types of girls. Either the kind that will hold me back from leaping blinding into stupid situations, or the kind that's already running into it with me.

Lots attracts me women, but depends on the woman too obviously. If you have a good relationship, I like to be with a 'right' woman, because I can be myself, express my good points, and express my worries and fears. It's like you share every thing you see and do, and make it feel and look like as everything is beautiful. This obviously doesn't happen to every person, and I have just felt this with a few women, so love is obviously significant.
Of course, a woman should be attractive, but eventually beauty really does come from the inside, although my own personal judgement sometimes superficially tells me differently too (I more often tend to look at beautiful women, but again who doesn't... ). Also, beauty is all in the eye of the beholder. And opinions differ amongst my friends (from the outside that is).
A women in my eyes needs to have: charisma, character, tending to be a bit shy at intimite times to create romance, with strong longing inquiries, but should be extrovert and social to the outside world (not TOO much). Nice hair, legs and eyes obviously, but I'm not too picky on that.
Character-wise she should be: open-minded, interested to discuss topics, even when they can be controversial, show emotions and don't be afraid in showing them, funny, analytic and observable. This I believe makes us talk about all beauty in life and can create comfortable silences at the right times...
It eventually comes down to character for me. I have trouble with arrogant women and the look at me types.
