Me and my boyfriend have been together 2 years but I feel asthough I want to spend more time with him than he does with me, I like him to over all the time but he likes to go out with his friends which is perfectly normal but I get annoyed and I can't help it, I want to be a lot more laid back and not care but ido, how can I change the wayi feel?

You can't change the way you feel. You have to learn to accept it. Or go do stuff with the girls when he does "guys night".

You can change by doing things that you enjoy without him, and not act on impulse, when you miss him.

As you said, be more laid back, and more independent, and don't make him responsible to make you happy, that's your job.

Enjoy the alone time, reflect on yourself and how you can make a better you. Use the alone time to take up a hobby you have been wanting too or take a walk or go to the gym, something you can do for yourself, by yourself

Work on doing things yourself outside of the relationship, then you can arrange for nights that you are both out doing your own things that you enjoy. That way you are not waiting and wondering what he is doing when he is out with his friends on his own time.

You should never allow yourself to be completely about your partner, you will start to lose yourself. Be sure to always include in things that are about you spending time with your own friends or doing the things that YOU enjoy. You can bring much more to the table in your relationship that way.

I had the same problem, I found that I just made myself deal with it, we have been together for 3 yrs and I found the first yr I was totally like that!

You seem to have recognised your problem though so that's good, you just have to ride it out, like the others said organise girls nights when he's out... or really surprise him by arranging a girls night out and he will be left in on his own!!

Its true that once you start doing this you enjoy your time together more when you do spend some time together xx

Start to fill your life with things that you do without him.

That way you won't feel that he's leaving you every time he wants to go out with the boys.

You'll already have an important schedule to abide by anyway.

(and a lot more to talk about when you are together)
