Hey all, I always had bad allergies around my eyes and they would always get inflamed.
And when they healed they were 5 times darker then the rest of my face (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation).
Now it looks like I have 2 black eyes. I've tried Godiva and products with 4% hyrdoquinone but they kind of made it worse.

Any advice or suggestions for lightening the skin around the eye area (thats NOT dark circles)? Cause I'm really having a hard time with this. Thanks.
