I've been dating this guy for a year. He's 22 and I'm 27 years old. He tells me that at first he felt a bit strange, but now everything felt perfectly normal. At times I do think about this and feel strange age wise. Besides that me get along fine and we never had an argument either. I know it's only been a year but it feels great. Do u think this relationship is OK?

Ok, you have been dating for a year, you feel great in the relationship, so the age difference is not apparently a factor. So why are you asking now?

So why are you asking now?
Person probably needs reassurance. :)
I would say: do not worry about it !;)

Everything's fine, stop questioning.
Have you recently been around other people that have said something or had this type of issue with the alternate ending brought to your attention recently?
If it is as I guess, don't let others in your relationship, it's all about you and him, if you guys are happy screw what anybody else thinks!

You are both over 18, heck over 21... and there's a five year age difference in an admittedly happy relationship... I don't see the problem.

Don't be pressured but society. A lot more weird things happen as we see on news. Yours is nothing. Honestly.. once you get married or have kids.. no one is even going to remember the details. They just want to see you happy, so yea. If you are made for each other, then you are. Enjoy it.

If everything is good between the two of you, then age really doesn't matter.

As noted, you are both adults, I see nothing wrong with it.
The only caveat I have is that he may tire of the older woman thing, so you need to be prepared for that.

Why do you need reassurance of your relationship? Is this your first relationship?
