I have low hot water pressure in my kitchen sink and bathroom sink. My cold water pressure is fine. I have taken the nipple off the hot water line, out of the hot water heater. No clog in that line.

Hi Edmundsjacob...
How many faucets in the house and how many of them have this issue? How is the hot water pressure at the sink in the basement, if present, of course? How about the hot water pressure in the tub/shower valve?
Let me know more here...

There are just the two sinks. Kitchen and bath.
Both have the low hot water pressure. The tub and shower hot water pressure is good.

OK... sounds like you are mechanical person :)
Here is a list of steps to try:
Check to be sure that the hot water shutoffs under the sink are wide open.
Check the faucets by removing the hot water stem/cartridge and purging the faucet of any sediment/debris that may be clogging things up.
Check the shutoffs under the sink and purge the shutoff of any sediment/debris that may be clogging things up.
Check to see if there is a shutoff in the hot water line that is common to the sinks. Either remove this shutoff or check it to see if it is clogged, etc...
Check the hot water nipple (which you have done... ;)). If you have heat trap nipples (see last pic.) discard them and replace with dielectric nipple.
Next, check the cold water INLET to the water heater. Check the nipple and check the cold water shutoff itself. I would install a new dielectric nipple (see pic.) and a full-port ball valve (see pic.).
Finally, check the cold water DIP tube into the water heater. This is just under the nipple of the cold water inlet to the water heater (see pictures). If this is damaged/defective or got melted during installation this could also reduce the volume of hot water available.
Let me know what you think/discover...
