I couldn't find another forum in which to ask this question, so I'll see what kind of response I get here. I have a sealed bottle of multivitamins with an expiration date of Nov. 2007. My wife wants me to throw them away. I say they're okay to use. What say you?

They will not hurt you, but they will have degraded somewhat. For example, they may have oxidized a little. What kind of vitamins are they?
If they have been kept cool, they are more likely to be in good shape.

I'm with your wife on this one. There is an expiration date for a reason, and they aren't effective after the expiration date, or they will not be as effective.
I don't know how anybody would go about stating what benefits there are to take anything that has expired in its potency.
How would you know what the potency is if it is expired.
Unsafe? Probably not, in my opinion, but to get the benefit of the vitamin, use fresh ones! :)
