You guys have helped me in the past with low water pressure issue. I would appreciate your input on a new problem.
My house is 8 yrs old and 18 months ago our 1/2hp well pump died. Changed it and put in a 3/4hp pump. Today I have no water, there is electricity at the pressure switch, pressure tank is is at 0 psi, empty. I hate to think the pump junked less than 2 years.
Well is 325 feet, its winter in RI and we have snow and meltage. I watched the installation on the new pump and the wires were secure to pump and nylon sleeves in well pipe. Could the switch be bypassed to check if n.g. or is there a way to test it? Or is there something I'm missing? Thanks
