There are a few people in my address book that I send messages to often. But because there are others in my address book who don't like the idea of me being in touch with these few, I often have to send out a message twice or more.:mad:

Is there a way that I can forward a message to someone without their name/address showing so that others (in the same forward) cannot see them? I know this has been done but I have not figured out how!:confused:

Can someone help me with this? I am getting tired of having to forward something 3 and 4 times so that others don't throw fits because I am in touch with some of my friends. And to be specific, they are my brothers exes! Who also mean a lot to me as friends/family!;)

Address it to yourself and blind copy all the others. I do "mass" emails every now and then and this is how I handle it. No one knows who is on the "mailing" list.

What e-mail client are you using? Outlook? Outlook Express? Windows Live Mail? ThunderBird? Something else? What version?

By default, many e-mail clients do not enable the "BCC" (Blind Carbon Copy) entry.

In Outlook 2003 or 2007 (what I have readily available without thinking), you create a new e-mail. Then, in the new e-mail's menu do the following:

In Outlook 2007, in the "Ribbon", click the "Options" tab and click "Show Bcc".
In Outlook 2003, find the "options" icon if you're using "Word" as your e-mail editor, click on the Options icon and click on "BCC".

For other e-mail clients, try hitting <F1> and in the help search, enter "Bcc"

Once you have the Bcc box present, put the target e-mail addresses in that box. They will be hidden from other users when the e-mail arrives.
