I have just bought a second hand car. Was not told by the dealer at the time that the sunroof needed a new seal. Was just wondering if anyone had any idea how much a new seal would cost to be fitted?

Most sunroof leak problems are in the drains built into the body of the vehicle. They become obstructed with debris and over flood themselves. The rubber you see around the sliding panel or glass is not a complete seal.
