In March of last year I met a woman and fell in love with her. She was here in the US visiting and I offered to marry her so that she didn't have to leave back to her country. I did this even though a genuine relationship was not there, in hope that I would be able to develop a real one. We ended up spending plenty of time together which lead to a real relationship (or so I thought). We moved in together and lived as a couple. In December I started to notice weird things occurring. I started to catch her in lies and even catching her with another man. Like a fool in love I believed the excuses that she gave me and decided to give things another try. We spent the whole month of January in reality apart but in constant contact. Our conversations were always about trying to make our relationship work. She would tell me that she misses me etc. Anyway, her immigration interview was last week. About a week prior to the interview she moved back in with me with idea of wanting to work on our relationship and try to make it work. The interview was last Thursday and just like that on Friday she was gone again. Last night Sunday I found her at a local bar with another man as they were kissing. At this point I'm extremely hurt and wish not to have anything with her. I am planning to file for divorce. I feel like the relationship I had was fake and I was manipulated for immigration purposes. What can I do to get her out of the US. I really wish not to see her again or run into her in the streets. My questions is what can I do? And are there any possibilities of me getting in some sort of trouble for doing that.
Thank you,
