I saw this movie with my brother about 10 years or so ago and we can not remember what the name of it was. It is about a man and woman who I think time travel to the future. They get in trouble with the government of the city and are accused of something they didn't do. To catch criminals the city puts their identity and picture on big screens throughout the city. Then everyone goes around with bats and other weapons looking to kill the criminals. I think they get a reward for doing so. After running a while at the end of the movie the 2 of them are in some building and people are running towards them. They make some kind of device and teleport or something back to their home. That's all I can remember. It could have been on a TV show too, like the Outer Limits or something, but I couldn't find anything. Well, thanks for your help.
