I'm about to undertake a bathroom remodel in a 1925 home that was originally remodeled in 1963.
I would like to:
1. switch current tub to claw foot model.
2. Possibley add drain under claw foot tub to allow draining of floor in the event I use as a shower.
3. Move the toilet over 9 inches to allow installation of a larger vanity.

What are the suggestions/complications and any rough rough estimate of number of plumber hours involved. ( I will have my demo man remove all old tile and floor)

Thanks

Are you on slab or raised foundation ?

I would like to:

1. switch current tub to claw foot model. This is doable.

2. Possibley add drain under claw foot tub to allow draining of floor in the event I use as a shower. Never saw a floor drain installed in a single residence bathroom but can see no problem providing you install a trap primer.

3. Move the toilet over 9 inches to allow installation of a larger vanity.
We can move anything to anywhere but we need more details in order to do it. A layout would be nice. Slab or basement? What material are the drainage pipes? We don't give estimates without being on the job site. Too many variables. Let bus know more about what you currently have installed. Regards, Tom
