I just got a teacup yorkie puppy 2 days ago and this morning he woke me up vomiting. He was eating normally yesterday and did fine the night before, and almost all of last night. I don't know whether it is serious or not, but I know because he is such a tiny puppy, around 2 lbs. that dehydration could hit him very hard and fast. He has had 2 sets of shots, including parvo. Should I continue to try and feed him dry or wet food? Does he need something extra?

Did you change his diet? If so, are you doing it slowly?

If you did change his diet then it could be that this is causing the vomitting. Dogs cannot change foods quickly, their tummies can't handle it.

Keep an eye on him, if he stops eating and drinking, has the runs, then get him to a vet asap.

Yes, keep a very close eye on him. Does he have diarrhea, or any indication of blood in his stool? Two sets of shots do not guarantee immunity, so he still could come down with something like parvo.
