I have ano old myspace acount I no longer have access to, the email it is connected with I also do not have access too therefore I cannot just have then send me a new password. Can anyone help me out as to how to get into it if I still know the actually email addy used for the account??

I suggest you email them, and explain your situation. Provide them with the data of your old email address.
Important : you see now the need to keep track of your passwords.
Keep a small booklett next to your computer that contains all important data on accounts, passwords, info, etc.
I started such a booklett years ago, and it has saved me already many times a lot of problems!

Since of course this may be just you trying to get into someone else's, they will be very careful

You will have to contact them, provide proper ID proving who you are and they will look into it, including sending emails to the listed email to be sure another person does not have that site.
