What should be in it? Is there any kind of general contract that I could use?

Hi, cruzjr818!

I'm assuming that this is concerning commercial and/or residential cleaning. Would that be correct? If so, there is quite a bit of information about that which can be found on the Internet. Please click on the following link.

Sample Cleaning Contract - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Sample+Cleaning+Contract)

We do have a person on this site who owns a very large commercial/residential cleaning company in the Chicago, IL area, who is thus, quite an expert in that sort of business. He goes by the name of Stringer here.

So that your question gets the personal attention that it deserves from an expert here, I'll let him know about your question so that the two of you might be able to discuss things about that type of business.

How much actual experience have you had cleaning for others in order to make a profit for yourself, please?

Thanks!

Thank you Clough.

Good morning cruzjr818,

Clough's question is a good start, please tell us what type of cleaning company you have; commercial or residential? I am assuming commercial as contracts are most often required rather than residential.

Your proposal can also be your contract...

Please give us more information;

Type of company

Where you are located

What markets you are bidding to; As some markets such as medical may require additional information.

There is a 'ton' of good information already on this subject on this site along with the site that Clough has already given you, that don't cost you a thing.

Please get back to us,

Stringer

We are located in Orange County NY. We are interested in medical offices, banks etc. Not any residential spots. Thank you for your knowledge.

If I may suggest, please use the site that Clough suggested here in post # 2. This will give you the information you are requesting.

I apologize, but at he moment I am not feeling well (flu), or I would elaborate more.
