So I was involved in a care accident, and I ended up messing up my knee and I can't bend it all the way yet, still going to physiotherapy, which I won't be going to for a week so I can't ask them about it yet.
So I was playing soccer with the kids I babysit, and I slipped fell, and basically sat on my foot, which ultimately caused me a LOT of pain in my knee because I have never bent it that far since before the accident,
Since this happened, I have been noticing pain in my foot, when I try to extend it like how I would stretch it, it feels really sensitive, the pain is like when you get hair stuck in like a zipper or seomthing and pull on it, but a lot worse, its not that, and when I touch it, it feels just barely swollen, but it hurts?
So my question is, does it seem to be invovled with sitting on my foot playing soccer, or is it like not invovled with that at all?
And plus how can I get rid of the pain, I've taken some like advil or whatevre I have, but its not diong much

Why on earth were you playing soccer with a messed up knee??

You could have damaged ligaments inside your foot from the extreme stetching or odd position it was in. Can you walk okay? Does it hurt when you bend your foot as you walk? There are lots of little bones in the foot so something could be broken. An x-ray or two might have to be taken. See your regular doctor?

Well, I was playing cause I am mostly better, I just need to bend my knee a bit more till its considered walkable..

It hurts when I walk sometimes, but not all the time, its mostly around my toes. Like when I try to move them it feels like something is stretching, painfully.

I'm thinking it might be your tarsals (skinny bones that go to the bottom of each toe) or metatarsals/phalanges (the toe bones), or maybe the muscles around any of the tarsals. The fact that you can bend your foot and move your toes may indicate nothing is broken, just traumatized.

Ha ha? That's where the tarsals are -- the TOP of the foot, like under your shoelaces. I included a link to show the bones of the foot. (I said "the bottom of the toe," meaning the ends of the toes closer to your ankle, not the top or front ends of your toes where your nails are.) Never mind! - look at the link I had given you to see the nice picture of foot bones.

Haha yeahh I thought you said bottom of the fooot, my bad. .
The pain is mostly where the toes like, begin though, not the ankle.

Your bad again -- you are not reading what I type. That's not what I said about the ankle.

I must be making this very confusing. Just look at the blankety-blank link to see all the bones. An x-ray will show if anything is broken, and sometimes the doctor can feel what's wrong without x-rays. Here it is again -- Bones of the foot (http://www.infovisual.info/03/031_en.html)

It is very confusing, I am not all here tonight, sorry,
And I did look at it, and I didn't realize it was just the toe area until I looked at it just now.
Well should I go to emerg? Or what?

The picture is of the bony structure of the ENTIRE foot (not just the toe)!

I'd get a quick appt with my doctor, or go to emergency.

Have you put ice on it? Rubbed it with Ben Gay? Stayed off it and kept it elevated?
