I signed an Acceptance Offer last Nov. 24, 2008 but not yet the Contract of Agreement on another employer on different Country so I quit my current job abroad to come home to my country to process important documents needed.
But after 2 months of waiting they told me that my application was not approved by their client so the Job they offer to me will be cancelled and promised to pay the expenses due to processing documents required by them which were originally to be reimbursed by them even if the job was successfully awarded to me.
What I want from them is to pay all the damages they have done on my side which includes the one-way plane ticket I used and those days that I do not have income as part of the damages they made for not continuing my employment or I can file a legal complaint to ask them to pay for the whole contract agreement that they promised.
I do not have a job up to now and it may take another 2 months before I can secure a good job abroad.
