Hey I live in Georgia and I have a boyfriend who turned 17 on November 30th.
My birthday is on January 29th and I turned 15.
So when November comes this year he will be 18 and I will still be 15... until 2 months later!
I don't think we are EXACTLY 3 years apart because my birthday is right around the corner and throughout the year we are 2 years apart until November comes! Is that legal? I really don't want to get him into trouble because my friends and others say its rape in the state of Georgia and I care for him way too much. We're not even having sex yet. We do physical things but nothing serious I think... would that be illegal too? And what if it was just oral sex? :(:(

You any under the age of consent so ANY sexual activity would be illegal. After all GA is the state that jailed that HS football star for having oral sex with a 15 yr old.

There is nothing illegal about you dating however. But since you are already sexually active, I think you need to either end the relationship now or end the sexual aspect of it.

Hun, that you are under the age of consent, any intimate touching is consider assult.
Look at it this way.. he cannot touch you in any way whatso ever that would not be considered appropriate for him to touch a 10 year old..
I know it sound tough.. but that the way it is.

Your friends sound great, appreciate them and their care for you.

In view of your other post I don't understand your present concern.

And, yes, he could very well be arrested.
