Hi

I just wanted to know if it is possible to assign System Administrator responisbilities in Oracle HRMS to a user as we would like to lock the System Administrator account and ensure accountability when reviewing activity on user accounts.

Also, is the system accounts (like Sys, System, Apps) required for any upgrades or patches? Can these accounts be removed from Oracle HRMS?
