My husband has a 2 year old daughter outside of our marriage from a previous disaster. he pays his child support on her and tries to see her, but her mother comes up with every excuse not to let him see her. Along with paying child support on her we are asked to buy her diapers clothes, ect things tat she needs and we do with no problem, and along with trying to have things here at our house for her. In our marriage we have his daughters 4 month old half sister tat is my real daughter that i believe they should be able to see more of each other rather than just what is convenient for her mother. we believe that we should get her overnightes but her mother will not allow that. she says she needs to get to know us when she already know my husband is her father and im her step mother and that my daughter is her sissy, and if we never get to see her then she will never know us which in turn we will never get her over night. i am trying to find a lawyer but they are sooo expensive and between two kids two adults and one income its tight here.. can anyone give me advice on this and tell me their opinion on the whole situation.

The mother has no real choice in the issue, she has to allow for the visits ordered in the child custody agreement. So if she is refusing, take her back to court to force the required visits. He picks up the child on the days of his visits and returns her.

What does the current child custody agreement say is his visits
