Yep my whitening is back in full gear, to all my buddies that I haven't spoken to in a few months I greet you a friendly hello
post baby and I have started to use mono again I only use it 2X weekly, I'm also using a higher does of hq 20% to be exact, helll this thing works even better than the mono without white spots its been two weeeks and my color has been improved by 2 shades so far. I like the higher HQ because its cheaper and the results are SUPER FAST.
I figure once I get at least 2 more shades lighter then I can start to use it like 2 times weekly for maintenance.

Hi lighterr, congrats, I have missed your posts, how did you mix your hq powder? Did you put it in cream or did you just use it directly?

Feb 4, 2009, 01:17 AM
Hello
Thank you for all the warm wishes I FEEL SO LOVED no I got it as a cream so I didn't have to mix, yep I think I should have beyonce or rianna color in a few more weeks, YESSSSS, I'm also getting married in December so I want my skin to be perfect and it will be so I can wear my strapless dress, I can't wait for December to come.
And to answer sugars question well it is strong but my neck got so light so fast I had to stop applying in that area, after this bottle is finished I should be abel to move down to 5 or 10% for maintenace

Hi everyone am babydoll and I would love some info about the product you guys are using lighterr congrats on your new baby and your up commin wedding. Am already light skinned but I want to lighten up a liite and even out a few areas any suggestions ladies
lighterrr
Feb 5, 2009, 03:04 AM
Thanks babydoll well since you don't want to go so light you can try kojic acid soap its natural and safe to use, or HQ, mono is more for people that want to drastically lighten or turn their skin white.
Good luck

Hey lighterrr... hp the lightening process is going well... well I use 4% HQ and it does helps me in lightening and in the night I use kojic gel... please tell me that if I stop using HQ or use it more than 3-4 months then wuld I get side effects like more darkening and all that weird stuff...
Happy lightening...

Thanks girl the only thing is were can I get these products from
lighterrr
Feb 9, 2009, 01:07 PM
Hq is not as bad as people make it and it works great only thing is that you cannot use it for a long period like 20 years or so, so you should not see any darkening by using hq for a few years, hopefully something natural and effective will be out by then that's my hope anyway.
**** PM info edited out.

Hey lighter.. I am slightly apprehensive about some things you have mentioned. Don't mind me but just trying to keep my research on course.
1) you have been using monobenzone for some time now and have lightened. And in spite of usign monobenzone you still have reached the colour of BEyonce? That's demotivating isn't it ? Coz I don't reckon Beyonce is so very light at all.
2) You are using HQ 20 per cent. Isn't that possibly a risk to take as it may cause skin cancer in such a high does or even the ochronosis thingie ?
BTW, monobenzone.net did get in touch with me... I just hope they send me my delivery as soon as possible. They say my delivery mustve been seized by the Uk customs or something and destroyed.

Hello,
Fhbeeb 100usd for 4% is pretty steep, I am using 20% with excellent results. Now don't get me wrong HQ is not good to use on the skin for an exrended period like 15, 20 years type of thing that is when the skin begins to discolour.
I hope by this time next year there will be something permanent and natural on the market, been talking to the .net people and they are following research on a new NATURAL product was supposed to be relased dec. 08 but it has been pushed back to sometime this year, REALLY HOPE IT COMES OUT SOONER THAN LATER.
To end my verbal diarrha I must say that HQ high percentage is not a product that I plan to use well into my old age its just for the here and now type of thing.

lighterrr, do you just mix your 20% hq in lotion? How do you use it? And is it possible to get that in a lower percentage off the net?

Guys be careful with the hq specially in high dosage.. it will turn yr skin green or blue after a while and during the sun also[even with a sunscreen].. be careful now then feel sorry later

Feb 12, 2009, 12:47 AM
Fhab I get the 20% HQ in a cream already made, I guess you can get a lower percentage if you like, you would just have to ask for it. All I know is the natural permanent whitener is suppose to come out soon, I think the company whi discovered it is having patent issues. So we all just got to wait but in the mean time I am taking full advantage of higher dosage of HQ
KPANGOUR I hear what your saying but your skin does not change colour for ushing high dosage of hq over night. It takes years for that to happen like where talking like 15-20 years. By then something natural will be out. I look at my skin lightening with a glass half full perspective.

I didn't notice a change in my skin after using it for 1 month. I used it on a scar. IT turned my scar red... but I have red in my skin.
It lightened the scar & skin around the incision which was a nice color! LOL
It lightens in a few weeks. w/o spots!

Lighterrr,
I'm glad you like the HQ better than the mono.( no spots or dots)
I should have gone that route but after the HQ lighten my scar so quickly. I was afraid to apply it to my face. Besides when you add up Obagi's system you are using 8% hq plus retina a. It took me 2 weeks but I got results. I've used (Obagi) 8% + retina, off & on for almost 10 yrs my skin is fine.

ria,
Mono is a serious commitment and there is no guarantee of the outcome. In my opinion, the very last resort, when all other avenues have been completely exhausted.

ria, what sort of lightening are you trying to achieve?
I want to achieve at least 5 to 6 skin shades lighter all over. I don't want to use anything that will hamper my skin in anyway, just something that gives me the benefits of lighter skin. I am asian with brown skin now.

RIA try high percentage HQ because you want to lighten 6 shades
Will this darken my skin when I stop using? Where can I purchase this from? How long does it take to show results? And do I need to mix it with anything before use? Too many questions I know... I'm getting married soon so wish to see improvements soon. Thank you for all your help... :)
