I am 30 and have suffered from Migraine headaches since I was about 10. They became much more frequent in my mid to late 20s but they are finally starting to become less frequent. I wanted to know when is the age when most people finally outgrow them? Any tips on preventing them?

You will not "outgrow" migraines. More often they will get worse as you age. This is something that you may want to discuss with your physician as there is treatment out there to help with migrane headaches and you would be a prime candidate.

Yes, get to a Dr. He/she will at least try to rule everything out before sending you on your way to another Dr. Do you notice if you grind your teeth at night or during the day for that matter? Any clicking or popping noise in your jaw? Any allergies that you may not know of such as foods? Have to get to the bottum of what is causing the migranes hopefully. Otherwise, you might rely on pain meds, if taking any. Do you have any idea where they may originate from? In the meantime, feel better.
