Hi all, I'm Meral Galal, I'm a new member and pleased to join your community. I'm an instructor at the American University in Cairo, teaching Human Resources. I'm sure that all the answers to my questions and problems I'm facing during lecturing I'll find it here in your site. Thank you in advance for your help.

My question is that I need to know how to differentiate in definitions between tasks, duties, responsibilities, and jobs.

Thank you, and best regards.

Hi, Meral Galal!

One simple way to find out the differences between those things would be to perform the following searches.

Tasks Definition - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Tasks+Definition)

Duties Definition - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Duties+Definition)

Responsibilities Definition - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Responsibilities+Definition)

Jobs Definition - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=Jobs+Definition)

Thanks!
