Does anyone remember the children's T.V program from the late 80's/early 90's that had 2 elf like characters one boy,one girl that were mischievous & think they lived in a woodland type area?

Was it Trollkins? (1981 Hanna Barbara) Did they drive little motorbikes and cars and stuff through the trees?
