Hi I came to USA on h1b on April 2008 ,I am Single . Been in USA from past 10 months , having an earings off 2000 to 3000 dollars per months .

I have to file a Tax , during the year 2009.

Please guide me , What are things I need to consider before filling the tax.

Let me know what the forms I need to fill.

Also Please let me know how can I get more refund.
