So last semester I screwed up pretty bad in school. I had moved out only a couple months after graduating high school and moved into my friends house before my semester started in the fall. Which was a major mistake on my behalf. From August till December I was miserable where I was at and never had any quiet time to study which showed in my grades. Which resulted in me failing two classes. My tuition is a little bit over $1,700 a semester which is pretty cheap compared to most colleges. My problem begins with financial aid. I only qualify for $250 a semester. My parents make way too much money. So now I have less than two weeks to come up with $400 for the next scheduled payment. Does anyone know of any good loan programs in which it does not take too long to get approved for them?

Do you live with your parents? If not you might be able to declare that your parents do not support you and you might get a larger loan

In addition to determining whether your parents should be considered in your financial aid, you can also look into getting a private student loan. Do you work? Would your parents be willing to take out a loan and you pay them back, with interest? You may end up simply having to take just a single class this semester if you can't get the funding... a lesson many college students have to learn on their own.
