OK I kind of told I lie I'm the 15 year old girl my name in briana I'm 5"4 and almost 200 pounds I try to loose weight all the time I end up gaining a few pounds when I do. I do have colon problems but don't think that's the problem I just need help please I hate living like this

Ok, since you're the 15 yr old girl, forget my answer to your other question.
Anyway, are you losing the weight by yourself, because if you don't know how to properly, it can be really hard and you might being doing something to counteract all the work you've put in. So maybe talk to your parent(s), join a gym, do research. Remember that even if you do lose weight, you have to keep at it to keep it off. Otherwise you will gain it back.

Drink a lot of water, 13 to 15 glasses a day. Avoid fatty foods, sweets and carbo like too much bread, rice and potatoes.

Etc a lot of vegetables, and fruits rich in fibers like pineapple.

Walk or do some exercise, walking or dancing. Lock in your room and dance for 1 hour a day.
