How can I find the amount of my 2007 tax refund? I have lost my copy and need the info for 2008 taxes

You can call IRS to get transcripts of your tax return. You can order a transcript by calling 1-800-829-1040, or using Form 4506-T, Request for Transcript of Tax Return. There is no fee for a transcript.
If you have a fax number, then you may get in a day or so.
