Where can I find a power cord/AC cord for a 5300 Kodak printer? I just got this new & the power cord quit working; numerous e-mails, phone calls & chats with Kodaks "techs" has not helped(they always say,"We'll call you back, or we'll e-mail you back, but don't).Or where can I complain about the bad customer service, that will get me a replacement cord?Maggie

I would probably bring the printer back to where you got it and ask to exchange it for a new one. Most stores will do this for you, and then take care of sending the printer in to have the bad parts replaced.
Failing that, I wouldn't really want to pay for a new cord, as the bad one should be covered under a manufacturers warranty since you just got it. I would try online support, if they have it, where you can chat with a support technician. In my experience, it's a lot less stressful than deal with them over the phone. They usually run you through some basic troubleshooting, and then determine that a part is bad and send you a replacement, and then you use the same box to ship the bad part back to them. At least, that's how HP and Dell have done things for me in the past.
