1) Are your feet measurements the same ?

2) Are your leg measurements the same ?

3) Is any part of your body's measurements unequal ?

1) They seem so, and as new shoes always fitt both feet, I never felt the need to check if both feet are identical of length or width in micrometer.

2) They seem so, and as I can reach everything straight in front of me with both arms, I never felt the need to check if both arms are identical of length or width in micrometer.

3) Just as most people I have two almost identical eyes and ears. As for the rest : unequal to what ?

You seem to have quite a perfect body as far as measurements are concerned.
We have quite a number of items in our bodies both on the right and the left.
The question was relating to each side.

When in a pair , one of the two things will always differ slightly !
It's the natural phenomenon .

Well, you know that most people experience personal 'beauty' in body parts being symmetrical.
All I stated was that I never felt the need to check if both feet are identical of length or width in micrometer. They seem to me to be more or less symmetrical.
And I can reach everything straight in front of me with both arms.
And I do stand straight vertical around two axis.

We have quite a number of items in our bodies both on the right and the left.Yes, but your question was about bodyparts being equal, not symmetrical!
A left hand ear, eye, leg, breast, etc. can be symmetrical with it's mate on the right hand side, but never equal.:)
