Helllo Everyone, 1st time poster.

Lightning hit and our breaker was tripped in the master. I reset it and everything works, but the fan. It has no switches on it that I see (took a part too). I use a remote to control the fan, dip switches match, new battery, but no lights or fan. The wires look good, nothing burned. Could it be the lightning just killed it or is there something I can do to try and fix it?

We always leave the fan on, so it was working before the storm. Now we have nothing, oh by the way it killed my furnace so I have no A/C in the heart of the south. Any ideas would help.

Yeah, lightning fried the receiver. You can contact Hampton Bay for parts, or, easier and cheaper to take the whole fan back to Home Depot for a replacement.

PS. You can get a whole house surge protector to prevent lightning from damaging anything in the future.
