The following is quoted from the HELP of my business tax software: "If your trade or business operates for gain or profit, you must report the following types of payments on Form 1099-Misc...."
What about Non-Profits? We are a small health food co-op, incorporated as a Not-For-Profit. Do we have to issue 1099s to our suppliers?

Yes, you do, unless the suppliers are corporations.
