I'm a small business owner with 6 seasonal employees. I'm having a really hard time finding a payroll solution. I just came back from the store and trying to call some of the phone numbers I found on line and there appear to be so many options.

I just want something reasonable in price that is software not online.

Can anyone share their experience with what you are using or what things I should consider?

I think I need to hire an accountant but I don't think they will do my payroll.

There are many options for you! You could outsource your payroll to either a Major payroll company, or hey, give another small business a break and have a free-lance bookkeeper do it for you!! It could be cost effective for you. I charge by the employee (1-3 for one rate; 4-6 gets another and so forth). If you look in your yellow pages, I'm sure you'll find several bookkeeping services who could take care of all of your payroll needs!

Good luck
