I'm 29 years old lady. I have one daughter. She is of 3 years old.
My delivery was scezarian. After my delivery I didn't do any abdominal excercises.
After that only my tummy starts becoming big.My tighs also went on big.
How can I reduce my tummy. Is it possible - after my second delivery it will automatically reduce ? Or tummy is not related to delivery?

Can any one guide me on to reduce my tummy and my tighs and to get a good shape?

Tummy size is not related to your birth or pregnancy, it's to do with your diet. I'd say you got a little careless with your own diet when you were running round looking after your baby? Try cutting out all the sugar and white carbs from your diet, and concentrate on fresh whole foods, particularly things like eggs, oily fish, meat, lots and lots of green vegetables, some fruit (more veg than fruit), some nuts and seeds, olive oil, wholegrain.

Breastfeeding is a great way to reduce hips and thighs. Your body stores fat there to feed your baby, so the longer you breastfeed, the easier it is to shift that fat.
