I'm looking for my father who I have never seen his name is brian darnell he used to work for london underground in late 70s to 80s please help my name is steven brown and I'm 27 any ideas please

After you get some more info on your Father. What I would do is call the US Embassy in London. They have papers on everyone!

If he has all the foster care provider's information, he/she cannot be denied information that pertains to "himself". It's his/her case. Why do you see a legitimate reason to deny?
