Media State... Media Disconnected

How do I fix this? I can not go to certain web pages and my internet isn't running the same. I get blank pages half the time. Help!

Media Disconnected means that the computer isn't detecting that you have the network cable plugged in.

If your cable is missing the little clips that keep it locked in, try using a different cable.

Make sure your network card is firmly in place.

If you still have issues, you may have a bad network card in your computer.

My cable is working fine as I can connect to the internet. Since it has been reading media state disconnected, when I'm on the internet it takes longer to open pages and some pages just to to blank.
