I have a Ruud AC system and my heat does not work. The blower is constantly running and the only way to turn it off is turn breaker off. Help me!

Check the circuit board ,see if its giving a code(blinking led light) count the blinks ,then look on the inside of door/cover see if it doesn`t tell you what the code means,, wile you are in it take a look-see and give us the model number,, let us know the results
