I always start sleeping on my back, but so some reason, everyday when I wake up, I always find myself sleeping on my stomach. Is that good? If not, how do I change?

Sometimes I wake up feeling dizzy. Please answer and also leave advices on sleeping positions! :p

Hi, survivorboi!

I tend to sleep on one side only. Seems to be very comfortable to me that way. When I sleep on my back, I find that not using a pillow is helpful.

I do think that the position in which someone sleeps is a matter of personal preference based upon the shape of the person's body. What is good for one person, might not be good for another person.

I don't think that there's a problem with a person sleeping on their stomach, if that is the way that they might be most comfortable and are able to get the best nights sleep.

Have you spoken with your parents and/or a physician as to your feeling dizzy, please? If not, it would be a good thing to do that.
