Buy it, or use a great free AV such as Avira (http://www.free-av.com/).

I wouldn't trust any of the keygens out there, as you may even get a virus from one of them. In this day and age, I have to recommend you pay for a decent antivirus with spyware removal. If you buy a license requiring annual renewal, you can transfer it to other PCs you might own. That way, you can get a good idea of how an antivirus works over time, become familiar with what it can and can't do. I've downloaded free things before, and really paying is the way to go here.

So, does it occur to you that downloading, using, pursuing free software that isn't actually free is the kind of behavior that LEADS to your predicament? Virus writers target people like you.

Don't be a mark, buy the software you need or use legitimate free products directly from the legitimate sources. Be part of the solution, not the problem.
