I have been with my current boyfriend since before she could even roll over. She calls my boyfriend daddy and that is who she knows. Probably not since he is just your boyfriend. Some courts might allow this so check with a local family law lawyer, but generally the requirement for step parent adoption (which this falls under) is married for at least a year.
