Hi everyone! My fiancé and I have been sexually active for almost a year now, with no form of birth control in the last three months. My last period was on December 4th making me 15 days late on my period as of today. On the 8th and the 9th of this month I took HPTs which both came out negative.. About two weeks ago I was having a lot of clear stretchy discharge and that is now just a creamy white, that doesn't stretch. I haven't had any blood since my last period. My brests are a little sore, I have been EXTREAMLY tired, I've had random nosebleeds(which I never get), some cramping, almost as if I was about to start my period.. but nothing is there, more frequent headaches, and I've been eating a lot more. TMI: I have been constipated since my last period and the last 3 days I have had Diarrhea. I can't go to the doctors because my dad won't take me and I'm only 17. I honestly don't think I am pregnant, I just don't think I can get pregnant.. But I don't know what else could be wrong with me.
* I haven't been stressed, changed my eating habbits, or anything like that.. everything is the same as usual.
Please someone help and tell me what I can do.

You need to go to the doctor... 17 years old dad won't take you, for what reason?

Get a check up. Blood work and etc...

Yes you can get pregnant at anytime. Whether you think so or not.

I don't know why he won't take me.. but he won't and I'm a minor so I need him there for me to be able to see the doctor.

Go to your local planned parenthood or health department. You don't need your Dad there for that.

Why don't you think you can get pregnant?

I know this was stupid of me but when I was 15, my boyfriend and I Trying to conceive for almost a year and nothing. I've always wanted a baby, there is just something in me that says I'm ready.. I'm now wanting to wait, but if I am I will still be happy and take care, and love it with everything in me. :)

How long have you been menstruating? It can take a while to establish a regular cycle. And you say that you've had no form of birth control in the last 3 months. Were you on the pill before then? It can take about six months before your cycle becomes regular after going off the pill.

I would strongly suggest resuming regular use of at one form of birth control. At 17 and still under your parents' control and dependent on them for income, you cannot be ready for motherhood. I have yet to meet someone who is.

Your are very young, when I was 17 I remember thinking I was ready but its just a feeling I think a lot of women go through, I'm now 20 myself, and am 3 weeks late on my period, my last was back end of December. Again I have had countless amounts of negative pregnancy tests, its so frustrating, however a friend who I know, works for the early pregnancy unit, and has asked for me, and the nurse said there is a good chance that the foetus stopped developing before I even noticed my pregancy, so for example stopped growing at 4 weeks, so now my hcg levels are back to 0. they refuse to scan patients without a positive pregancy test, and gave me the option of surgical removal or to wait for the foetus to naturally come out, I'm in a horrible situation!!
