my question/concern.
my period is like clockwork. I'm always on time. Never missed a period intentionally with my birthcontrol. I always have the period. I take my because pill every single day at the same time. My boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for a couple of months now and we rarely practice withdrawing.. since I take my pill everyday. Haven't missed one. Always take it on time.. the chances of me becoming pregnant are 1 in 100 and that is weighing on the fact that I miss a pill or two. Which I have not. This isn't the problem either. I'm just giving some background information. I have been experiencing some bloating for the past couple weeks. It came on on the 21st of December and hasn't really let up. I have regular bowel movements so its not constipation or anything like that and I doubt its PMS because my birthcontrol gets rid of those symptoms and I never really had them to begin with except for the breast tenderness. Aside from tenderness and bloating for maybe a day that's about it for my PMS symptoms. My breast tenderness has come and gone for about a month now and the bloating has stuck around since December. I'm paranoid about pregnancy. I DO NOT want a child. Should I man up and take a pregnancy test? I haven't had any other tell tell pregnancy symptoms. Haven't been sick for days at a time. I don't really have food cravings. I'm not overly moody. I haven't missed my period ever.. everything is pretty normal for me except for the tenderness and bloating that just randomly came on and stuck around through my period and hasn't gone away.. its uncomfortable and looks really weird on my thin frame. I don't know what to do.. my birth control has progesterin in it and that's the hormone that's produced when a woman becomes pregnant... is this my bodies reaction? I've only been on the pill for three months. Isn't progesterin the hormone that a take home pregnancy test looks for to say yes or no? That's why I've been hesitant to take a test. I don't want it to come back positive when the case could be that I'm negative. SIGH
