I am heading the sales & Marketing of Radha Regent ( an upcoming 4 star hotel at the IT Hub of Bangalore city in India). We would be going and meeting the client with a preliminary fact sheet which talks about the hotel facilities and an introduction letter to all the client before the hotel is launched .
Can u suggest few formats for the same.
Thanks & Regards,
Sandeep Mandal

Hi, sandeepkrmandal!
If you would like to post a rough draft of your information here, without including any contact information, I'm sure that there will be those of us who'll be willing to come along and advise you as to how you might make improvements to it.
Thanks!

Hello Sandeep,
I worked for a national hotel chain (right after college) and can remember similar meetings with potential clients.
I would suggest making sure you are well aware of the needs of your client before you walk into the meeting with a great intro letter, sales kit and flashy portfolio outlining all of the wonderful amenities of your new hotel. Remember that, all of the other hotel sales departments in India are doing the same thing (and probably offer similar amenities).
You have one leg up because your hotel is brand new (and people like NEW things) but the client will probably choose to go with the hotel who can best meet their needs in addition to providing plush facilities.
I'd be more than happy to critique your current intro letter and marketing strategy if you send it to me, its no problem.
I hope this was helpful.
