I recently started posting on Yahoo message boards because I enjoy friendly discussion. Even if we end up agreeing to disagree the discussion is always enjoyable.

After posting on Yahoo, I just wanted to tell all AMHD members THANK YOU!!

Thank you for keeping this website clean and friendly. Any discussions I have ever gotten into on this site have always stayed cordial which is a far cry from Yahoo or other posting sites.

Yahoo's site was full of rude comments, name calling and profanity. Three things I never see on this site. I find it completely amazing and quite refreshing that so many people with so many different opinions and beliefs can come together on a site like this and get along so well. I'm not saying we always agree or that some things that others say don't get under our skin sometimes, but when its all said and done nobody leaves the site hating someone for something that was said. I've never felt like anyone was bashing me or my beliefs/opinion. I've never felt looked down. In some posts where someone gives some pretty shall we say "interesting" advice and another person puts in a rating of disagrees I've even seen some people that obviously disagreed with that person go back and post an agree rating to counteract the disagree rating. That's a really descent and nice thing to do.

I think that there is not enough encouragement and validation in this world when someone does something good. So here is what I think about all of you:

You are all so wonderful. Thank you again over and over again for being so great and keeping this website clean, helpful and informative.

Gracias, Merci, and Thank You!!

Thank you for such a wonderful comment. We work hard here to maintain the site's decorum. If you haven't noticed, AMHD is properly moderated.

We like to maintain that we are the best Q&A site on the net.
