So, last year (march '08) I dyed my hair black and its started coming out, but my hair colour is a sort of.. reddy/gingery/orangey/browny colour, and I need to know what colour I should dye it, wheteher to dye it blonde and go on from there or just go for the colour I want. I really want red, but I hear you've got to go from black/dark to blonde to red, and I don't know what afftect that will have on my hair, as in the pictures, it is so thin and whispy.

Help would be much appreciated,thanks!

You could get red hair. Your natural colour has a lot of red in it anyway so a red colour on your hair is achievable. :) Just make sure you let all the black colour go first, then colour it.
