I have usb mouse and keyboard. The keyboard works during bios, and system setup. I checked in bios, and usb is enabled and on. But when it comes to the screen where you click ctrl+alt+delete, my keyboard doesn't work and the mouse doesn't move. They are plugged in securely, I have tried putting it in different usb port on my PC too, but that doesn't work, any ideas? Also, the PC doesn't have the option to use a regular keyboard or mouse...

Make sure in the bios the USB Legacy is enabled.

Did you also try unplugging, plugging back in at the login screen? Does the light come on for the mouse?

You can purchase a y cable that plugs into your USB port and has a PS2 connectors for the mouse and the keyboard, I use one on my laptop
