Hi ,I want to reduce 15 kgs in 3 months ,I drink cofee in the morning with 3 biscuits,in the breakfast 4 chapatis ,at lunch I take rice,sambhar,and curd with some vegetables,and same in the night too,I work out 1 hour a day and do lot of house hold work ,please help me

Looks like you're eating too much carbohydrates(biscuits, chapatis, rice). Those things have a lot of calories and you have to avoid them or keep your minimum if you want to lose weight. Try eating more vegetables low fat meat like chicken breasts or smth like that. The main thing is cut down on the carbs and avoid fat. And don't eat after six. Believe it or not that really helps.
