I have a 89 honda accord dx. My problem is my car won't start. Instead it makes a cranking sound. Its not my battery cause everything else works.

Is it even "sputtering" like its trying to start?

If its turning over, your battery is fine.

Could be:

Clogged fuel filter
Bad spark plug(s)
Bad ignition module...

Hmm.. can't remember if they had distributors back then... lol

Go get a book: chiltons makes good ones
