I am one of three members of Taxi cab co. that is an L.L.C. We want to sell for $20K, the name of business, licensing, along with 15 passenger taxi van. We opened in May of 2008 with $20k loan from one of the members that the Taxi co. pays interest on monthly and have not made a profit. The L.L.C. has only about $4000. Left. I have an interested buyer who suggested paying $1000. Monthly for 20 or so months to the note holder and he would be 100% owner or member of LLC.

I would appreciate any advice you can offer.

Hi, zumapooh!

Why is it, that you think, the company hasn't made a profit and where is this company located, please?

Thanks!

We started with $20K and now have $4k in acct. Monthly expenses, which are only insurance, ad in yellow pages, phone bill and paying quartlery taxes are more than monthly income and very bad now due to winter months in southeast in beach community.
